I bought two micro devices, one red/green for starboard/port position and one white for stern position, which are nav lights for my classic Glastron American speed boat, which is based on Lake Maggiore in Italy. As my boat doesn’t have power, (only has a manual start outboard), there are no nav lights as standard, so when I saw the Guardian Angel devices I immediately knew they were for me. They are super bright and can be seen at least 5Km away as I’ve tested them on the lake with a friend. Amazing purchase, you can fully rely on these devices and I don’t know any other company that makes similar lights anywhere near as good. Don’t hesitate, put these on your shopping list!

I bought this to use on my kayak for night trips. I had another much bulkier light from another manuf. before this one. It lasted two seasons and was a bit of a pain to use. I was surprised how small this unit is and how easy it is to use. It comes with a magnet to hold it in place. I ordered an additional mount for boats but haven’t used it yet. I didn’t think the magnet would be strong enough alone to secure it to my kayak, but was eager to try it. I was surprised that the magnet worked well through the body of the kayak and kept the light secure. The light is very bright and can be dimmed down if desired. I like the ability to recharge via USB. So I know it is charged before I head out.

This is the best purchase I’ve made for safety. I couldn’t believe the performance of this thing! I was able to see the stroping lights from at least couple of miles away! Not only that, ever since I start wearing this light, my encounter with potential accidents at night riding my electric rideables has diminished almost instantly. Best safety investment made next to my helmet. Pull the trigger. You will not regret it and it looks like the quality of this thing will last a long time which is another plus.

I want to take the time to make anybody reading this decision simple. I use my micro for my kayak navigation with the red/green light. It is very bright so you are visible to anybody on the water near you. When I’m not using it at night I strap it to my PFD with the strap accessory so I’m covered In case of a emergency. Love the light and will recommend it to anyone.

I purchased these little wonders for my 14ft Kayak, after joining a paddle group that did a lot of night paddles I found my self looking at all sorts of options for lighting, then an ad for Guardian Angels popped up on Facebook. I purchased two of these units to use on my Jetskis for night time bottom fishing. When I received the mini guardian lights I was actually surprised initially on the packaging followed by the construction and attention to detail on the unit itself. I removed the units and charged them that didn’t seem long at all. As I cycled through the options i was amazed on its brightness and ease ability of use. We bought three of these for kayaking during fireworks on the 4th of July. It was a perfect solution to having night time running lights without wiring all three kayaks up with batteries and lights and such.
