Micro Series™ Wearable Safety Light – White/White

I purchased an Elite device over a year ago and have used it many times in all different applications, from on scenes (fire service) to personal use walking, biking, etc.
I decided I would give the Micro series a try and they are just as awesome! I picked up both the W/W and W/R (it was a little cheaper then the Bike Kit they now offer, but those are great ideas!). I love the new options the Micro series give and kind of wish there was a way we could update the firmware on the Elite to give those options as well. It’s great to be able to press once for steady on and press again to strobe! So many more options now!
I have to praise the speed of service also! I ordered on a Wednesday afternoon and decided to pay the extra $1 for UPS over USPS, and they got the device shipped out the next day and UPS had it here by Friday!

As a career paramedic who works nights, the Guardian Micro fits well on my ballistics vest. Despite the size, it puts a lot of light right where I need it, whether it is helping with patient care in the dark or lighting my path. I wasn’t sure how much I would you the strobe functions until working at one of my part-time jobs as an events medic. Simply hitting the big “G” on top activates the strobe function when I’m walking through crowds and another tap lights up both my scene and the path for the wheelchair. It may seem weird having a micro barlight on your shoulder, but you will be surprised at the benefits. I also agree with another one of the folks who suggested purchasing several different mounts, especially the lanyard. This will enable me to easily transition between my ballistics vest on my medic job to my polo shirt on my events medicine gigs.

I had seen these advertised, and finally someone I know tested one out and purchased it. I work rural EMS on I-95, as well as other very poorly lit stretches of road where vehicles zip and zoom past first responders with little to no regard to our safety. I want to be seen in the next county and let me tell you, this is the thing to do it ! I goofed and bought the white/white instead of red/white but I’m not upset about it and will most likely just purchase a second device. The micro is very compact but puts out enough light to light up your life. All of it. Childhood included. I love the flashlight feature as well as the red light feature for low light situations that require charting. Even though this is a micro don’t let the name fool you. I purchased the trap attachment with this to wear on my radio strap, but it does come with a magnetic piece that allows you to simply place it on your uniform anywhere. I’ve worn it on my pants, shirt etc with no issues. The magnet is extremely strong, lights are adjustable and have different patterns. This is a must have for anyone in a first responder role. If you’re on the fence about getting one let me help convince you…. You need one. Simple as that. It will never be a bad investment to ensure your safety. I hope you never end up needing it for a life/death situation but I’m confident you’ll be glad you have it.

Purchased the White/White and Red/Green light with 2 of the Nonmetallic Surface Adhesive & Screw Magnetic Mount mainly for my Kayak but also for personal use like walking the dog around the neighborhood or cycling when dark. They are the perfect size for the kayak (and bike), not too obtrusive on the decking but powerful enough to ensure you are seen. Can also be clipped or strapped on your clothes and is very lightweight so you hardly notice it hanging on your clothes. Handy to have what ever outdoors event you’re doing in the case of an Emergency, the SOS flashing option and the intensity in the dark would be invaluable for Walkers, Hikers and Mountain Climbers. Battery life is great and it charges fast. So glad I purchased them, quality product !

The all white guardian angel is second one I have purchased. The steady burn/flood mode is great working night shift when on scene of a collision on a dark road. Plenty of light in a small package and with the shoulder mount the light is useful. Allows for freeing up both hands and seeing what you are doing.

I love that this Guardian Angel Micro will work on my boat for an anchor light, instead of spending days tracing 12 volt wiring, I am now wireless with the brightest anchor light in the industry! It is awesome!
