Great Clip, easy to mount, now part of my uniform.

Purchased Strap & Epaulet Clip Mount, delivery was fast. Very easy to mount, now the “Law Enforcement Red/Blue Wearable Safety Police Light” is part of my daily gear. Word getting around and my department now looking to purchase them..
Definitely is a great way to attach the light to a uniform and keep it secured. Wish the screw placement on the clip could be rotated 90 degrees to allow for different variations of mounting, other than that it’s a great addition to light.
This holder did not fit my epaulets for my LBV . The opening was too wide to secure it without flopping around and the fastener closes too tight to hold the strap without breaking the plastic.
For a long epaulet that is of thin material it may work well.

Great Accessory

This clip works great on my backpack straps as a mount location. It is sturdy and reliable and I use in conjunction with the lanyard.
I’ve been using this clip for a few months now and it is amazing! It did break recently and GA provided a replacement completely free of charge! Amazing Customer Service!
I chose this clip with my device purchase as one of the free mounts – it’s has been very versatile. Works great on my backpack and radio strap. After over a year of use, I ended up breaking it the other day – I contacted GA and they sent me a new one no questions asked free of charge! Talk about customer service! I got this mount as I wanted the light to be secure on me when working. Totally worth it. The light is super secure and does not move at all. It also allows for the light to be screwed to the mount so it extra is not going anywhere. 10/10 would buy again.
I got this to replace the magnetic mount the light originally came with. This mount give extra security that you light will stay in place, even in struggles, I haggle recommend this for police work.
I wear this on my vest with the clip mount and I have to say out of all the people that I’ve tried to grab it nobody was able to take it. If you just have the magnet mount it’s easily stolen definitely would recommend if your strap can fit it!
I have been very pleased with the Epaulet Mount. It has a very strong magnet, and fastens to my uniform very snug so I don’t have to worry about losing the device while working.
I have had one of these clips for a couple of years now. The original one just recently broke. So I just purchased a second one. I wear this on my uniform every shift, 4 days a week, for two years. I just use the magnet, not the screws to hold it in place. The light has never fallen off. I like it this way, as sometimes I have to put a high visibility vest on and the magnet is strong enough to still hold the light on the clip that is on my shirt. The light is awesome. It out lasts my flashlight that is on my duty belt and the one in my car, combined burn times. I highly recommend the light and clip combo.
As a member in todays Law Enforcement, it is very important to find way to stay safe. The Guardian Angle Light and clip allows me amble lighting when working in dark areas and at the same time keeping me hands free. It quick to install, stay in place and easy to turn off and on.
My daughter is a police officer and learned about the Guardian Angel lights. We ordered the infrared elite with the strap and epaulet clip mount. It is a wonderful concept for safety and usefulness. However when she tried to attach it to her uniform epaulet, it was too wide and could not be used. We didn’t have the packing materials, and therefore were unable to exchange for a smaller mount. Very difficult to tell the difference between the universal clip mount with magnetic mount and small universal clip magnetic mount. Wish it was easier to order both and return what doesn’t work!

A secure way to mount the Angel!

This is my favorite and seems to be the most secure mount for my particular vest carrier. I have narrow straps over the shoulder and not the full wide shoulder piece which makes this attachment work great!
This product is awesome. The plastics is very strong and holds the Guardian Angel device secure in my shoulder. If needed you can remove it and attach it to anything you thats metal due to the strong magnet holding the device in place. I would recommend this to anybody wanting to wear the device in the perfect place on their uniform.
A great must have if you’re wearing this on an external vest. I had demoed a guardian angel device with just the magnet, and I kept knocking it off getting into my vehicle. It doesn’t happen with this clip.
I really liked the Guardian Angel Strap & Epaulet Clip Mount – it felt more secure than the magnet mount on my duty uniform’s epaulettes – but it lasted less than a month before breaking. This design has obvious failure points and would be better made from metal rather than flimsy plastic. I’d suggest the Jaw Clip or Universal Clip over this product.
Seems like a good product. Magnet is strong. However it does not fit all epaulets. It does not fit on any of my uniform shirts. Tried on coworkers leather radio strap and it would not latch over it as the leather was too thick.

I purchased this epaulet clip since that’s what I’ll primarily use to utilize my device. The clip is very secure and easy to attach. What impressed me is that my first clip cracked under normal use so I filed a claim with Guardian Angel online. My claim was addressed promptly and with no hassel and no questions asked, they sent me a new one within 2 weeks. Not only are their products good but their customer service is excellent!
This device was gifted to me as a Christmas gift during 2020. I have used it several times during traffic crashes on Interstate 70, as well as throughout my small somewhat rural town. As many have said, this device allows me to keep both hands free during traffic stops. I get several compliments about the device and often am asked how to obtain one. Since Ive been wearing it over the last 9 months, the popularity of the device has grown exponentially! My favorite feature is the ability to control the front and rear flashing red and blues separately or together.
I also get the occasional joke that it needs to be used as my emergency lights during a foot pursuit.
I bought this to put on my K9’s harness because of the ability to screw it in place as if she went under a fence or the like the light could pop fall off. Once I screwed it into this mount there was no moving of the light or risk of it falling off her, however the hinge portion the other day snapped while she was just walking beside me. If you want this for something like a backpack I am sure it would be worth the 5 stars as it is, however for a little more vigorous use, they need to upgrade the quality of the hinge area.

I have been using Guardian Angel products for six months. I have three units; one for me, one for my K-9 and a spare. I absolutely love them. They free my hands during traffic stops and provide amazing visibility. The red/blue lights keep me visible to other traffic. My K-9 is visible and a lot safer when doing sniffs and tracking.
I would recommend this product to anyone in law enforcement who deals with traffic stops or highway interdiction.
I haven’t had the opportunity to use this mount yet but I’m sure it will work just as well as the other 4 mounts I have and I have nothing but praise for them all.

This attachment is exactly what I needed to make sure my light would stay on my shoulder. The clip is secure but still easy enough to snap off at the end of shift. There’s no possibility of it coming loose when my seat belt snags it (I wear my light on man left shoulder) and I don’t have to worry about losing it at a scene. This is a must have if you plan on wearing your light.
This mount is amazing if you wear a uniform with epaulettes. I wear this for security work, SAR and EMS, and I absolutely love it. I usually keep my Elite series device in my vest pocket and slap it onto the mount when I need to use it. Works through sweaters, jackets, body armor and heavy duty high visibility vests without problem, and it even works for when you need to hold on to something else that is magnetic while using both your hands for other tasks, i.e. multi tools, trauma shears or keys. Amazing mount, will not fail you.
I love that this product keeps my light in a secure stable place so I can consistently access and use it without question about it position or orientation. It also keeps the light securely attached so I don’t lose my device during extreme or rugged use situations. I use the screw attachments for extra security.
This was free with my purchase of a light. When the package came I couldn’t detach the clip from the light without using a little bit of force because the grip was so strong. Definitely was a bonus and even if you have to buy I recommend if you’re going to use the light and need the clip

I agree with a lot of the reviews here about the Epaulet clip mount. It keeps the Guardian light in place but I do have some concerns about the long term use of this mount taking it on and off the shirt. I feel like the plastic will weaken over time.
The epaulet mount is by far my favorite mount to use but they’re made way to flimsy. The plastic is not durable at all! I keep breaking them! I absolutely love the concept but the materials need to be improved upon.

The epaulet mount is by far my favorite mount to use but they’re made way to flimsy. The plastic is not durable at all! I keep breaking them! I absolutely love the concept but the materials need to be improved upon.

This goes perfect with the light. Good hold and I’m not worried about it falling off during a fight or running.
