Love my GA Light, but the epaulet mount fits perfectly on my carrier vest and directs light where it needs to be in line with my field of view for hands free visibility.
Super secure, I have zero worries of it coming loose.

Awesome device to keep your angel safely on your shoulder. The only problem is that the screws, at least on mine, were too short. I had to get other screws from a hardware store to secure it.

This accessory is a must have for uniform tops and jackets with true shoulder epaulettes (but not so handy for the ones that are sewn down on the shirts). This holds the GA secure and it isn’t heavy so there is No sagging or shirt drooping, the uniform still looks crisp.

Had probably a Gen 1 model, solid construction but went to use it one day and the frame had snapped. Contacted Guardian Angel sent a Gen 2 replacement. Definitely more substantial, should be great for rugged use. Definitely glad with my purchase.

The holder works great on epaulettes on sorts, but the clamp is too thin for leather radio straps

So I’d been seeing it pop up in my feed for a few months and was waiting until my current lapel light died before sinking a $100 into a new light.
Totally worth it, the clip mount is rugged & holds the light securely & having the screws mean no worries about it getting jostled from the magnet in a scuffle. The tether gives that extra mental security that you won’t lose your $100+ flashlight.

This device has made my life so much easier! When on patrol stops, people see me from further away and move over appropriately! I’ve used it to clear dark areas and while directing traffic! I believe every patrol officer should add this to their arsenal! It essentially frees up your hands while offering visibility and peace of mind! I absolutely love this thing!

On the top velcro seam the clip just snaps through the think material and stays in place. Wish it had a swivel for the magnet as I need it tipped up slightly.

I love the light it’s bright, the epaulet mount tho is a little weak I’ve used two of them and they keep breaking the the exact same spot But other then that it’s a great product

First I want to say how much I appreciate having the guardian on my shoulder when I’m out of the patrol car. It adds much needed visibility on traffic stops no matter the time of day, but twilight and dark make the guardian essential pieces of ppe. I especially like the infrared option so my helicopter pilots can see me when in the woods or on a foot pursuit. The initial epaulet mount broke in two places and was unusable. I ordered two as replacements and hope they last longer than the last. Opening and closing so I can launder uniforms takes a fast toll on the thin clip. Hopefully a redesign is in the future. Ordered two also because of the high shipping cost. Again, love the product, but wish I hadn’t had to spend $30 to get a couple more clips. Get this device if you haven’t done so. It could save you or your partner’s life.

This really was the best option to fit my uniform and my outer carrier when I want something that is temporary and not a permanent fixture to my uniform. I couldn’t believe how strong the clip was and how durable it was it did not fall in any maintenance category when it came to dirt or tightening screws or over tighten. It really gave me the option if I wanted to remove the object of the guardian angel or put it on at the moments notice. I could not be more happier with this item and Howell the functionality of the clip is used in an extreme circumstance.

This clip is great. I wear an Elbeco uniform shirt and this clip holds tightly to the epaulet. The magnet is strong and holds the device in place. The magnet mount has notches in it so the Guardian Angel holds its orientation. Huge upgrade over the magnet mount that comes with the Guardian Angel device. If you’re an LEO, this is a must have.

It stays secure to my uniform strap. It is low enough to when I look to the right I am not blinded by my own light. Light placement is very good for paper work purposes. In my 3 months of Use I only have to charge once a weeks worth of use.

My Chief purchased Guardian Angels for our department and we’ve been using them non-stop. I decided to look for an easier way to keep mine attached. That’s when I came across the clip mount. Now I can simply clip it to my outer carrier and I no longer have to worry about my GA falling off when I take my jacket on or off.
The clip still gives me access to the charging port. It is easy to remove, yet stays attached throughout my entire shift. Great attachment that I wholeheartedly recommend!

I like the very strong magnet. Holds the device in place, freeing up my hands. So far, I haven’t had any issues with it. It stays in place.
