This is a very strong clip. Takes a good amount of force to pry it open so you know it’s not gonna go anywhere once clipped on.

I clip mine on my shoulder. The strap and epaulet mount keeps the light tight on my shoulder but still remains directed where I need it without moving. Doesn’t matter if I am leaning over searching a car or standing up the light stays where it is supposed to and where I want it. The magnet has great strength and stays on without issue, I don’t use the screws because I like to have the option to take the light off and move it to other attachments like a traffic vest or helmet if needed.

The magnet is wonderful, has great strength. The plastic clip has a few weak spots along the side. The fastenings mechanism is design well.

Purchased Strap & Epaulet Clip Mount, delivery was fast. Very easy to mount, now the “Law Enforcement Red/Blue Wearable Safety Police Light” is part of my daily gear. Word getting around and my department now looking to purchase them..

Definitely is a great way to attach the light to a uniform and keep it secured. Wish the screw placement on the clip could be rotated 90 degrees to allow for different variations of mounting, other than that it’s a great addition to light.

This holder did not fit my epaulets for my LBV . The opening was too wide to secure it without flopping around and the fastener closes too tight to hold the strap without breaking the plastic.
For a long epaulet that is of thin material it may work well.

Thank you for your purchase and review Zachary! We agree, this particular mount is best for traditional epaulet straps. Our Universal Clip, Small Universal Clip, or Jaw Clip would work much better for your LBV. Hope this helps, thanks again!

I chose this clip with my device purchase as one of the free mounts – it’s has been very versatile. Works great on my backpack and radio strap. After over a year of use, I ended up breaking it the other day – I contacted GA and they sent me a new one no questions asked free of charge! Talk about customer service! I will be buying another device very soon!

I got this mount as I wanted the light to be secure on me when working. Totally worth it. The light is super secure and does not move at all. It also allows for the light to be screwed to the mount so it extra is not going anywhere. 10/10 would buy again.

I got this to replace the magnetic mount the light originally came with. This mount give extra security that you light will stay in place, even in struggles, I haggle recommend this for police work.

I wear this on my vest with the clip mount and I have to say out of all the people that I’ve tried to grab it nobody was able to take it. If you just have the magnet mount it’s easily stolen definitely would recommend if your strap can fit it!

I have had one of these clips for a couple of years now. The original one just recently broke. So I just purchased a second one. I wear this on my uniform every shift, 4 days a week, for two years. I just use the magnet, not the screws to hold it in place. The light has never fallen off. I like it this way, as sometimes I have to put a high visibility vest on and the magnet is strong enough to still hold the light on the clip that is on my shirt. The light is awesome. It out lasts my flashlight that is on my duty belt and the one in my car, combined burn times. I highly recommend the light and clip combo.
