How long will it take to ship my order?

Typically orders are shipped within 1-2 business days once the order has been placed. Once processed, tracking information will be sent to your email on file. Please note we only ship business days, Monday – Friday.

Where is my tracking number?

Once we process your order you will get an email with your tracking number. Please note the email you enter during checkout is where the tracking number will be sent to. Sometimes the email gets sent to your junk/spam folder.

I just placed an order online and I need to update my shipping address, how can I do that?

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can update your information before processing the shipment. You can reply to the order confirmation email, and/or fill out a ticket on our website HERE and select “Shipping Issue”. Our team check these messages first thing every morning (M-F) before orders go out and throughout the day.

How much does the shipping cost for US customers?

We offer one shipping method: USPS 5-7 days for $8.99. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to COVID-19 and/or the weather.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

No, all of our US orders ship using USPS Priority Mail. Expected delivery time is 5-7 days. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to COVID-19 and/or the weather.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship to almost any country around the world.  Just select the “Country / Region” at checkout.

How much does the shipping cost for customers outside of the US?

We ship most international orders via DHL for $35. Shipping cost to Canada is $40 USD and will ship either DHL or USPS Int. Please note, our international shipping charge does not include Duty/Tax/Custom Fees which will be billed directly to you by the carrier when your package has arrived to your country. We may change or use an alternate carrier at our discretion, without notice.

Is there an import fee for my package?

If you are located outside of the US, then yes. The receiver is liable for paying any customs/duties & import taxes to bring the package into the country where the items are being shipped to. This fee is different from the shipping cost you are charged at the time of purchase. My package has not arrived yet?

US orders ship using USPS Priority Mail. Expected delivery time is 5-7 days. *We are not responsible for shipping delays due to COVID-19 and/or the weather. If you have not received your Order within 8-10 days; please contact us immediately. You can use this form HERE with your Order Number and choose option “Shipping Issue”. Customer must contact us within 30 days of purchase regarding missing/lost/undelivered packages. After 30 days from purchase, we are no longer able to assist with new missing/lost/undelivered packages claims.
