How long will it take to ship my order?

Typically orders are shipped within 1-2 business days once the order has been placed. Once processed, tracking information will be sent to your email on file. Please note if an order is placed after 4PM (CST) on a Friday, it will not be processed to ship until the following business day as we are only open Monday – Friday.

Where is my tracking number?

Once we process your order you will get an email with your tracking number. Please note the email you enter during checkout is where the tracking number will be sent to. Sometimes the email gets sent to your junk/spam folder.

I just placed an order online and I need to update my shipping address, how can I do that?

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can update your information before processing the shipment. You can follow up via email to your order confirmation, message us via live chat on our website or Facebook account and/or place a general inquiry on our website by selecting ‘Support’ then ‘Contact’ and fill out your information.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship to almost any country around the world. 

How much does the shipping cost for US customers?

We offer two different shipping methods: USPS 5-7 days for $8.99 and UPS SurePost 3-4 day for $9.25. Please be sure to check which one you would like on the checkout page. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to COVID-19 and/or the weather.

How much does the shipping cost for customers outside of the US?

We ship all international orders via DHL for $30. Please note you are still responsible for any additional customs/duties & import taxes on top of the shipping cost of $30 which you will pay once your package has arrived to your country.

Is there an import fee for my package?

If you are located outside of the US, then yes. The receiver is liable for paying any customs/duties & import taxes to bring the package into the country where the items are being shipped to. This fee is different from the DHL shipping cost you are charged at the time of purchase.
