Can I exchange my device for a different color?

We will exchange devices and/or mounts purchased directly from Guardian Angel, within 90 days of purchase. All returned items must be in NEW condition, in the original box, with the magnetic base mount and charging cable included. Customer is responsible for shipping. Restrictions may apply on clearance and discontinued items.

Can I exchange my Micro Series for an Elite Series?

All exchanges must have been purchased directly from Guardian Angel Device, within 90 days of purchase and be in NEW condition. If the items are not of equal value, we will issue a coupon code worth up to the value of the returned items. There may be restrictions on Clearance or Discontinued items, so please contact us before returning an item for exchange.

How do I exchange my device?

If you would like to exchange your device, please contact us HERE. We will need the Serial Number that is printed on the bottom of the device and your order number, email or name used to place the order.
