I got the this device with the blue and white flash pattern for my job as a traffic unit. The device is sturdy and beyond bright. GA has many different mounting options for what best fits your needs. This device is well worth the money.

This product is great for MVA’s on the highway. I work in an area that covers the NYS Thruway (I90) and this product works great to keep me safe. Often times the thruway is not shutdown when we respond to an accident, so it is very important to make sure that we are seen by oncoming traffic.

I love this thing it’s very good to use on check points and in the jail. Lights are very bright and can be seen by cars driving up. In the jail the lwhite light is helpful doing searches leave you with two hand free to search

This has got to be one of the most important tools I have at work. It keeps my hands free and illuminates anything I’m looking at. It also is helpful directing traffic at night. I can’t believe I’ve gone 8 years in LE without it.

I love this device. I work at a jail and whenever I’m doing cell searches, this device is my best friend. It is bright and keeps both my hands free, instead of trying to search and hold a flashlight. The jail I work at, many blocks are split tier (if top tier is out, bottom tier is locked down) this device makes it so much easier and safer when I’m doing security checks. As I walk through the blocks for security checks, I can slightly turn my shoulder (where my light is) and look into the cell… while at the same time keeping my hands free and ready in case something pops off with the inmates around me. I will be speaking to my jail commander about purchasing a mass amount of these devices for all of our officers.

I’ve had many lights from Streamlight to Quiklites. This is the only light that honestly will illuminate your area and be bright enough to be seen from a distance. I comfortably use this on stops on the highway. My only gripe is that the “arrow advisor” function goes the wrong direction on it, guiding vehicles onto the shoulder where I’m stopped instead of doing a steady burn or left arrow function. Honestly though, that’s minimal when it comes down to being seen in general. Well worth the money!

Thanks for the review James! The “arrow advisor” strobe pattern you reference is actually the battery life indicator, and not specifically meant to be used as a strobe pattern. We are working on a software update which will add more strobe features. Stay tuned!

I have looked at the Guardian Angel for quite a while and would click on an off of the page every few months. I finally decided to make the purchase and my only regret is not doing it sooner. The size, versatility, features, light output and durability is amazing. I work nightshift in Law Enforcement and use this light on different tasks every night. It is great for traffic control, traffic stops, investigations to search and keep hands free and so many other daily tasks and the IR feature for aviation for them to see you without giving your position away is a great addition. The different mounting options are excellent and although easily removable from the magnet it is sturdy and will stay until you want it removed. I highly recommend this product for anyone in public safety and the device in general for so many professions due to the versatility. Great job Guardian Angel!

I work as a Projects manager for an Agricultural contractor and most of my is spent in the field around mobile equipment such as forklifts, day or night. The guardian has made the equipment operators more aware of their surroundings (pedestrians). Thank you.

Can be seen in all type’s of weather. Police officer in MD where driver’s pay less attention to reflector vests , but more so to the flashing lights of the guardian. Traffic stops,car accidents I feel much safe and more visible.

This device is extremely bright and I love it! I do a lot of night time transports and occasionally I have to get out and away from my patrol vehicle. Visibility is a key safety factor and this gives you that!

I work as a police officer in MD.I’ve only been using this light for a couple of weeks and I’ve absolutely loved it. The light is bright enough where it can be seen for a very long distance and there is no issues at all about being able to be seen. I mostly use it with the car mount, and occasionally the shoulder Mount when on a traffic stop. it’s great to have some extra light while on traffic stops also the work light is great for being inside the car and being able to light up a area where you can see what you’re writing or what you’re doing instead of being in darkness. I absolutely love that this light is very well-built it is not cheap plastic it is very heavy duty. I’m also love the magnet that I can stick it on my car if I need to especially with the infrared light. With the infrared it becomes very nice that if we have a perimeter and a helicopter out the helicopter can pinpoint which car is going to be there communication car or if out on foot they can see who’s an officer and who’s not just with infrared light. This is a great product and I would highly recommend anybody to buy one.
