REPAIR/WARRANTY RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
We are sorry to hear that your are still having issues with your device.
Here is the information to return your device for repair:
- Please print and complete the attached Repair Request form and include it with the following:
- The Device in its original Box (if you have it)
- Base Magnet Mount and Charging Cord (if you still have them, these were included in the original device box.)
- If your device was purchased from a 3rd party dealer, such as Amazon, please send a copy of your receipt/invoice so we can confirm the warranty options for the device.

Warranty/Replacement Details
Customer is responsible for return shipping. Our limited lifetime warranty protects against manufacturer defects. 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase on battery, bulbs and device function. Warranty does not protect against normal wear, abuse, water or other damage, loss or theft. Opening/taking apart the device case voids all warranty. If your device cannot be repaired and is still under warranty, a replacement device or coupon code for the replacement value will be sent to you at no additional cost to you.
**If your device cannot be repaired and is not eligible for a warranty replacement, you will be notified via email and offered a partial discount (up to the current replacement value) toward the purchase of a new device. Devices that cannot be repaired will not be returned to customer.
