I stumbled upon Guardian Angel devices, but I cannot imagine not having one now. I purchased the kayak and bike kits for their intended uses. However, I have added the lights to my go kits for emergencies as well as recreational hiking. The lights are bright, long lasting, and rugged. I keep a kit in my car for emergencies and a kit in my house during storms or for routine use. I will definitely get my money’s worth and plan to buy more accessories.

I AM SO HAPPY I FOUND THE GUARDIAN ANGEL WIRELESS KAYAK LIGHT KIT. I LOVE THAT I CAN CHARGE THE LIGHTS AT HOME AND RUN THEM ALL NIGHT ON MY KAYAK WHILE FISHING KNOWING THAT I AM NOT DRAWING POWER FROM MY ONBOARD KAYAK BATTERY WHICH I CAN THEN BE DEDICATED TO RUNNING OTHER THINGS.
THE GUARDIAN ANGEL ELITE SERIES LIGHT IS EXTREMELY COMPACT WHICH ALLOWS MANY OPTIONS FOR MOUNTING AND THE FACT THAT IT IS REMOVABLE AND YOU CAN ALSO WEAR IT MAKES THIS PRODUCT SO VERSATILE. THE LIGHT OUTPUT IS AMAZING IT HAS EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. I FEEL VERY SAFE ON THE WATER NOW WHEN FISHING BEFORE SUNRISE AND AFTER SUNSET AS THE LIGHT CAN BE SEEN BY OTHER BOATS FROM SUCH A LONG DISTANCE AWAY. I HIGHLY RECOMEND THE GUARDIAN ANGEL RANGE YOU REALLY DO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AND THEN SOME.

What a neat system! Why? It’s a multi-tasker! I need the navigation lights for my kayak. The sticky-tape is strong. Aim carefully when you stick it on, because you have one move. Make it count. Pay attention to orientation. Until I get a kayak motor, I only need the white light. It’s bright! I used the green/red to illuminate my cockpit and it’s great to not blown out my night vision.
There is a learning curve to turning the lights on as you want. The instructions are minuscule. I just mash buttons.
I wish I read the fine print because I would have opted for the free tethers. I know for a fact, a fishing net will knock a light off easily. I’ll rig up some DIY tethers. 🙁

My kid Bought the Guardian Angel night fishing kit for me as a birthday present. Decided to test the product. Three times of testing so far, and came up with some numbers. Totally not a definitive data, but this is what I came up with:
Max power
Green/Red – 1hr 45min
White – 1hr 30min
High power
Green/red – 2hrs 30min
White – 2hrs
Moderate power
Green/red – 5hrs
White – 4hrs 45min
Minimum power
Green/red – 10hrs
White – 10hrs
Definitely didn’t expect to see the jump when it was dimmer all the way down. I can go night fishing now

This wireless kayak kit is the perfect addition to your kayak. It is quality made. The Safety Lights are high intensity. The kit is easily installed. The magnetic mounts are exceptionally strong. I bought 2 Suction Cups for mounting without using screws. I also bought 2 BIKE/RAIL Straps for mounting the Safety Lights on the short horizontal thwarts on the bow and stern of my canoe. Very Happy with this WIRELESS KAYAK LIGHT KIT !
