What can I expect after completing the Test & Evaluate Form?
You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after submitting your information. A Guardian Angel team member will then be in touch directly to answer any remaining questions to ensure you receive the correct product.
What does Guardian Angel expect from me as a participant?
Every new feature or change we make to our products is based on honest customer feedback. We’ll ask for your input on how you used the device, what you liked and what could be better. It’s that simple. No gimmicks, here.
Who generally qualifies for the Test & Evaluate program?
The program primarily is for professional organizations and businesses considering Guardian Angel devices for their team(s). This includes a range of industries, from law enforcement to delivery/logistics companies.
Why do you offer a Test & Evaluate Program?
First and foremost, everything we do is driven by our amazing customers who use our devices in the field. We want to always make sure we’re meeting and exceeding your needs. For us, the Test & Evaluate Program allows qualified professionals to try a device before committing to equipping an entire department or team.
Do I have to pay for my device?
If you are approved, you will have approx a month to test the device(s) and accessories at no cost to you. After the testing is complete, we will reach out for feedback. At that time, you can decide to either keep or return the items. You will only be billed for the items you choose to keep.
How will I provide feedback?
We’ll provide a link to a simple online survey.
Do I get to pick my color pattern for the lights?
Yes! But, we will provide expert opinion if we think a different color pattern may make more sense based on how you’ll use it, your industry and location.
