1. Sponsor
The Gifted by Guardian Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Guardian Angel Devices, LLC, W228N727 Westmound Dr, STE A, Waukesha, WI 53186, United States (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.
3. Sweepstakes Period
Begins 12:00:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) on October 15, 2025 and ends 11:59:59 p.m. CDT on October 31, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s server/computer is the official clock for this Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the promotional landing page hosted by Sponsor and follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit the entry form. You may indicate whether you are an existing customer or a new prospect and answer the brief interest questions (collectively, an “Entry”).
Limit one (1) Entry per person and per email address for the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means, or that exceed the stated entry limit, are void. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.
No purchase necessary to enter or win.
5. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)
- Ten (10) First Prizes: one (1) $250 Visa® gift card each. ARV: $250 each, $2,500 total.
- Ten (10) Second Prizes: one (1) $100 Visa® gift card each. ARV: $100 each, $1,000 total.
Total ARV of all prizes: $3,500.
Gift cards are subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions. All entrants will receive one (1) coupon for 10% off their next Guardian Angel purchase (maximum discount $50 on a $500 purchase). Coupon is not legal tender, has no cash value, cannot be transferred or combined with other offers, and is subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and any expiration date stated on the coupon itself. Taxes, fees, shipping/handling, and any costs not expressly stated as included are the winner’s responsibility.
Prize Conditions: Winners may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release (where lawful), and IRS Form W-9 within the time specified by Sponsor. If a winner is disqualified, forfeits, or fails to respond, Sponsor may award the applicable prize to an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries. Prizes will be delivered digitally or by mail, in Sponsor’s discretion. No substitution or transfer of any prize permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Odds of Winning
Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
On or about November 5, 2025, Sponsor (or its agent) will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received to select twenty (20) potential winners. Potential winners will be notified by email using the contact information provided with the Entry and must respond within 48 hours of the notification timestamp. Failure to respond in time, return required documents, or comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate.
8. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor, and, in such event, to award the prizes via random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to (or, if appropriate, after) the action taken.
Sponsor may disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws; should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Release & Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, prize providers, advertising/promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use/misuse of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone/Internet lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, city/state, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
11. Disputes / Governing Law / Arbitration
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by binding arbitration conducted in the State of [Wisconsin] before a single arbitrator under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Wisconsin], without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules.

13. Winners List
