I found it works great with almost any radio strap. The rubber inside grips very nicely on leather, ( do not own a nylon or webbed strap). Comes with the Allen wrench and stays stowed inside for any adjustments.

As a Fire Police Captain it is vital to be visible to oncoming traffic. My Guardian Angel device far exceeds any other device that I have used in the past. It is becoming a valuable tool for First Responders in my area. The clamp on strap magnetic mount gives me an option to have my light mounted on my radio strap and it is great for hands on scene and emergency lighting.

I was using the bracket made to sit on your shoulder holing it to the radio strap with the magnet. My biggest problem was it would always slip or the light would get turned around while taking my strap off and on. This bracket is amazing. Screws on tight and cannot move. The notches in the top keep it from turning on the mount unless you want it to. I highly recommend this bracket for anyone using a strap

This is a very sturdy little mount that fits great on 1.5 leather radio straps.
It does not fit on the molle straps on a Homeland Six radio strap, which was why I purchased it. Its just to wide of a base to fit in between the molle openings. I had to come up with another way to get it to attach, so hopefully it will work.
But this thing is a nice heavy piece of a mount and I would expect to get several years of use out of it.

I originally purchased the Epaulette mount as it had screw holes to secure the guardian angel too. However after that mount not working out, the company kindly sent me this mount. If you’re looking to secure to a strap of any kind I 1000000% recommend this mount. It is secured to my radio strap, which is 1.5” wide with room to spare. It has a gear shaped magnet to allow to you rotate your light a full 360 with numerous slots. And it feels very comfortable sitting on my shoulder clamped to my radio strap. The Allen key stores inside the bottom of the mount so it can be adjusted anywhere at any time. Well worth $15.

I have had my Guardian Angel Elite for a while now and just kept transferring my device from vest to coat using the same clamp. Purchased the Clamp on Strap Mount and attached it to my radio strap. Now all I have to do is transfer the device from mount to mount saving critical time on the scene.

So I just recently got one of these with the new Angel device as a free gift. I own 4 lights total and only had the regular magnet that comes with it. Don’t I feel like a dummy! I will put one of these on each vest and only need to transfer the light when necessary. Perfect solution.

I put it on my radio strap I use for EMS and fire calls and it makes it holds the light in place for hands free use. Makes writing information or treating people in the dark much easier.

I had the other lapel mount model and it kept breaking. GA sent me this one and I love it. Pretty sure it won’t break. Really like how I can turn the angle of the device also. But, whatever product they make, their customer service is 10 stars! They stand behind their products and are great.

I was laughing thinking that this possibly wouldn’t secure my guardian angel to my my outer carrier or my uniform in an appropriate manner. I see time and time again where things can slip off or become loose and lose a flashlight or an attachment that I spent good money on. This attachment this is so great it is permanent it is fixed it is such a strong device to secure my item to my person I feel confident that if I was to proceed in a foot chase it would not go anywhere. I recommend this to anybody who is thinking about purchasing a Guardian Angel and the benefits it comes with it are ridiculous good choice.
