Although the mounts and device magent are very well made and secure; Shtuff happens. This will keep your device retrievable and safe!

I had my tether attached and had the device on the clip. I was on my motorcycle and the device vibrated off. If it were not for the tether I would have lost the device on the freeway.

I bought the tether to ensure the security of my Guardian Angel kayak light. It gives me peace of mind when fishing around banks with low limbs and brush, especially at night. Nothing worse than watching your light going to the bottom of the body of water you’re fishing. It’s awesome and I can’t wait to actually use it along with the magnetic base I also purchased. Thanks Guardian Angel, for all three devices. I feel safer and more secure when fishing on busy waters at night.

I like the added security having me guardian angels tethered to my belt loop or hard hat. While the magnets are very strong they can be accidently disconnected from mount. I don’t want to lose my investment in the guardian angel device.

Secures the device incase it becomes detached from the base. Best insurance, helps to keep the device from being lost.

Having used GA devices for sometime now I’ve lost a few when they were unknowingly knocked off. Needless to say the. OST of purchasing new ones adds up quickly. With this tether I no longer have to worry and it has already paid dividends.

If you value your Guardian device you should invest the small amount and grab the tether, especially if you have it on your epaulets because on occasion your seatbelt will catch it and rip it off when exiting the patrol vehicle quickly. And when these events happen you usually don’t have the luxury to stop the contact to go searching for your GA, si just get this and let it safely dangle from your shirt until you get a second to reattach the magnet.

If you’re concerned that your device might fall off, get this tether. I got the 16″ tether connected from my elite light to my chest protector when i ride. Tho the magnet itself is sufficient as the magnet is really strong. Just a peace of mind extra precaution so that i won’t lose my light when riding. It’s long enough to attach it to your bag or helmet or wherever you can clip the carabiner.

I’m always focused when directing traffic and can easily drop something and not know it. I felt this was a good feature to have so I don’t lose it.

It is so very comforting using this and knowing that if the device is knocked off the magnet which is rare it won’t be lost.
