I Recently Purchased This GA Plus Another Red/White One. I Use Them For Just About Anything That Requires Me To Be Seen. They’re So Simple To Use, And Very Very Durable. The Brightness Level Is So Strong That I Actually Keep Them On The Lowest Dim Setting At Night Not To Blind Oncoming Drivers. If I Could Give This Product A 6 Or 7 Or Even 10 Star Rating, I Would. Definitely Recommended.

I purchased this for use in Kansas after doing some research and looking a light with the functions I want. I choose the orange so I can stand out on an emergency scene as I am a EMT/FF its important to be seen easily and identifiable. The unit is a bit pricey but definitely worth it in my opinion. I am not disappointed in the design or quality very self explanatory and easy to access buttons.

My primary use case is for overlanding and to attach to my vehicle. I originally purchased this with the intent to use it as a chase light (until I get my final solution in place) so someone can see me at night and especially if there is a lot of dirt on the trail. If it didn’t work for that I figured it would be good for emergency purposes. It’s bright, has multiple functions and came with the car charger / mounting points I need. Very grateful for such a great product, it feels durable and solid.

If you want to be seen from a distance and you want to let on coming traffic know that you are there, this is the light that you might consider. There is a front and rear flashing that can be set to one or both sides flashing and a brightness setting. It can be placed on your shoulder, strap to your arm and you can wear it on your hard hat. You can’t go wrong with this light, if you work in a dangerous profession and you need to be seen, whether at the job site, in the elements or anything that deals with vehicles.

This light will be my second light from Guardian Angle. I am a tree trimmer for a public works agency in Southern California. I got this light for traffic flagging operations and late night emergency call outs for when a tree falls across the road. This light has come in handy from day one. A lot of drivers see me more with this device mounted on my shoulder even during the day, it’s one more thing to make me more noticeable for drivers on the road. These lights have come in handy that our agency will possibly looking into getting these for flagging operations. I can’t say anything but good things about these lights.

I love it. I use it primarily as a beacon to help me back my tractor trailer into warehouses. The warehouses are ALWAYS dark inside and rarely does anyone help spot me. The GA is bright enough to help guide me back and also helps me figure out when to stop…which is kind of important!

Best purchase I’ve made. I use it in the field and in my tractor trailer when I need to be seen. You can not go wrong with this unit. Charging port on the bottom not the side. FYI.

Retired and enjoying the countryside on an electric scooter. Safety is paramount while riding and I chose the GA Orange/Orange Multifunction LED light to let everyone know that an “old” man is around. ??

This is my fourth GA device, and like all the others, has great battery life, ruggedization, and well thought-out features. The orange LED color is pretty much what you’d expect – but know that it IS orange, not amber. If anything, it could get confused with red, it’s on that end of the color spectrum. The multi-function aspect of this device is interesting. The rear lights are the typical solid-on or flashing orange; the front toggles between a single red LED, three red LEDs, or two white LEDs. When using front steady or flashing, all illuminate (except the middle of the three red LEDs) along with two forward facing and two corner orange LEDs. Like other latest gen models, doing a long hold on the rear light control gives you a battery check – and can function as a directional, with lights illuminating sequentially from left to right (with the lights facing you.) I’d actually like to see GA offer another button push option that could change that direction of sequential flashing from right to left – I could genuinely see this useful as a directional indicator for oncoming traffic to take. I haven’t tested out just how noticeable the directional sequencing is in the field, but this seems like a potentially very useful, if unintended, feature. Another great product from GA and it won’t be my last.

Whether it’s changing a tire, working on an engine, or staying visible at night, this is the perfect light. The new models have also switched to a USB Type-C input. This is a welcome change because I don’t have to figure out which way to face the cable when charging the device in a dimly lit location. The work light options provide the right amount of light for almost every situation. The settings for the work light are press once for one red LED, second press for three red LEDs, and the third press activates two bright white LEDs. Finding the perfect amount of light is easy to do with the four light level settings: max, high, medium, and low. When all of the front LEDs are on, the white LEDs are still bright enough that you can still see color, but in more of a deeper warm white light. You can still distinctly see all of the front LEDs, and they’re bright, vibrant colors; the red LEDs provide a nice transition in between the orange and white LEDs. The rear LEDs are incredibly bright and pure orange. You can be easily spotted from behind because of their vibrant color. The SOS feature is great to have in case you are lost in a remote area or your phone died and can’t contact help. When SOS is in the max light setting, the LEDs are incredibly bright, and would be hard to not notice. The battery level indicator is such a useful feature. Before, with my older Guardian Angel devices, I could only tell when the battery was running low when the lights dim. A bonus to the battery level indicator is that it looks like a traffic directory light bar, and appropriately placed in the rear of the device. Overall, I believe this is the best multipurpose, all around Guardian Angel device I own. It out performs the older models by far because of its innovative features. This will be the #1 light I will always take with me whenever I go driving, hiking, or I know I’ll be out of the house for an extended time.

Bought this configuration to upgrade my original all amber GA, the brightness is night and day. I love the split orange/white on each half of the front, it increases the visibility without blinding oncoming traffic with all white light.

The new upgrade product work good. You can turn on the lights and have it light up steady without flashing. Better than the old version. Old version can only flash the lights, no steady. New version is even more brighter. Good quality of visibility light. I use it to go out on the patrol at night and it is good for my visibility.

As soon as I got this light I wanted to test it’s durability, I threw it against a concrete wall as hard as I could, and without fail the light was still flashing bright, I tossed it under my car and ran it over, but yet the light still flashed bright! If you’re looking for something rugged, this is the light to get!

After owning a beacon series elite device for about two months, I had only two real issues with it, that being that I needed a different cord from what I use to charge my phone, and having no way to know what the battery level was without either charging it or running it out of power (not that that happens with the battery life and my mostly intermittent use). So when the updated models came out with battery indicators and USB-C charging, that was a major benefit. So I bought another, and went with the orange/orange multifunction, since for some of my work, the multi-level work light will be very handy, and it lets me have GA’s on both my Hi-Vis and my bag, so I don’t have to worry about remembering to move them around at the start and end of my shift, just sometimes swapping them if I want a particular light pattern for a given thing.
It’s great to have, and I’ve been asked about mine by both our truck yard staff and the security team, since it’s a low-profile, low maintenance solution that should keep them safe from even the densest drivers, and make them visible through midday glare.

Bought this for safety in the event I needed it. Ie… at night or dark while traveling. Tested and is VERY bright which means I’ll be seen until help arrives. There are three level of adjustment which a plus. Unit is built very well and is durable. You get what you paid for and so much more.
