Love this product!!! Use all throughout a 12 hr shift and only have to charge it once every 4 shifts. Gives me options to work hands free.
Would highly recommend officers especially on night shift to purchase this item.
Only down side is the mount that comes with purchase isn’t anywhere secure enough to be used in the field. First night used I got into a fight and the light went flying .01 seconds into it.
I finally found a good secure fit by attaching it to my outer carrier using the strap from the original mount and using the Strap/ Epaulet Mount. Been in multiple uses since and the light has remained on my shoulder in everyone.

I love that even while compacted it does work wonderful in deep nights in areas of poor and non exist lights. Working an area on patrol with no lights under construction under a very popular high driven area. There are no emergency shoulders were this narrows trying to assist motorists. Had to park squad car ahead of motorists. I would’ve have been hit that night by a distracted motorists if they did not see my lights coming from my uniform. Grateful that this product caught motorists attention and slowed immediately.

I have been a proud owner/user of the original GA device and have received numerous comments on how visible it made me while directing traffic at special events or collisions. Nothing was wrong with my original device, but I chose to order a new 2022 Elite GA light and am impressed with the new device. The brightness is significantly improved, along with adjustable brightness levels; the numerous options for light modes are just right, and not confusing; and the size and weight of the new device is significantly smaller and lighter. An option I wish was standard was a light-mode memory. When turning on the front or rear lights independently, one has to cycle through three flash modes (alternating flash/sequential/steady-on) to turn the light on/off. It would be nice to just turn the front or rear light on/off with one press of the front or rear button and have it revert to the last used setting, instead of cycling through each setting to turn it on/off. The buttons of the Elite are improved over the original device and don’t inadvertently get activated when bumped. The lockout feature is much easier to engage/disengage over the original device. I haven’t yet had an opportunity to use the “takedown” white lights, but they seem to me to be quite bright. I don’t know if they will washout the red/blue lighting to the front of the device when in flash mode. I reserve my opinion by saying maybe replacing the outermost white LEDs with a respective red/blue (or appropriate color) LED, and leaving just two centralized white LEDs would reduce color washout. I am grateful to have an updated device and look forward to using it for another 10+ years like my original. Thanks for a great product GA!

Instead of being one piece it attaches with a magnet that’s not strong enough to keep it from coming off. I ordered it on December 9th and lost it several times but found it. Lost it for the last time last time on December 27th and cannot locate it. I won’t be buying this a 2nd time.

I have been using my GA since it was issued 3 years ago. I am ready for an upgrade to the 2022 version and missed the inventory to order. This device is worn as a patrol deputy for vehicle searches, reading id’s during vehicle stops and at roadside and woods when high visibility is necessary. I love this device and looking forward to the upgraded 2022 version when it’s available again.

The device itself is great. The buttons can be difficult to activate especially if you’re in a time sensitive incident. The functionality is great especially being able to control brightness. The red light is clutch! Biggest downside is the free mount. The epaulette mount or universal clip would be a better free mount. I am not a fan of that. But the device is wonderful.

I absolutely love it. No longer do I need to dig for my traffic vest. I can immediately exit my patrol car activate the lights and start taking care of business safely. The magnet is strong enough not to worry I will lose it. The only complaint I have is the light spinning with the mount it comes with
