We use reflective vests, isn’t that enough?
Reflective vests are effective from 250ft and only if they are illuminated by a form of light. The Guardian Angel can be seen up to 5+ miles away unassisted.
What devices have an all-White front?
All-White Front models are available in both the Elite® and Micro® Series in a number of different colors on the rear. Here is the link to our All-White Front devices
What is the difference between the All-White front and the Beacon devices?
The All-White Front devices have bright white LEDs on the front side of the device providing a bright hands-free work light. The Beacon devices have colored LEDs on both the front an rear of the device and are used for those who just need to be seen by others.
How well can you see the light on the device during daytime?
That’s a hard question to answer as it all depends on the element of what ‘daytime’ is; the weather, the time of day, how charged the device is and what brightness setting its on etc but we would highly recommend to check out some customer review videos on our website as they rave about how you can see the LEDs during the day.
Can you customize the Guardian Angel for our company?
Yes. We can customize the color combination, the casing colors and even include your company logo on each device. We have a minimum order of 200+ more devices because it requires us to build the devices from scratch, which means we need the quantity to do that. Please contact us to learn more.
I have a Tax-Exempt form; how can I submit it to you?

When I have my device on I hear a high pitched/buzzing sound, is that normal?
On the highest brightness setting, on the constant on mode, the LEDs have the strongest current being applied. That is the high pitched sound/buzz you hear. You may notice on the lower settings or on flash patterns it does not emit that faint sound.
Which devices offer a steady light and flashing feature?
As of fall 2020, all devices and colors, including LE models, have the option of the LEDs being constant on, flashing and a scrolling light pattern for both the front and the rear that can be operated independently. If you have an LE model from 2019 or earlier, the unit will NOT have the steady light option.
Are the devices sold on Amazon the same as the ones on your website?

What is the best accessory to keep the device in place through body armor?
It all depends on if you want to wear it on your shoulder then the Strap & Epaulet Clip is your best choice otherwise the Jaw Clip and/or Universal Clip can be attached almost anywhere.

Is there a difference between the Elite Series and the other categories on your website? (Recreation, First Responders. Roadside Safety, Safety & Security)
No. The categories are simply to help filter your profession to see what color combinations work best for your field, but they are all the same devices.

Do you charge sales tax?
Guardian Angel only collects sales tax for orders shipped to Wisconsin, USA.

I have an older model (not Elite Series) and I lost the charging cord; do you still have those available?
Unfortunately we no longer carry the older cables. The 2019 models use a Micro USB cable that can commonly be found around the house or most retailers.
What device or color is the brightest?
Aside from White, Green will be the brightest color followed by Yellow or any combination of the two such as our White/Green & Yellow.
Are the devices intrinsically safe?
We are always working on making the best products we can and we hope to have an intrinsically safe device available sometime soon in the future. The device itself is fully enclosed (when the USB Port Door is shut).
